It is very difficult to tell if you are in the menopause if you are on the Pill as it will mask your own natural hormone levels.
However, many women do find that menopause symptoms do 'break through' at some point and all you can do is really gauge by that.
You are in the average age range of between 45-55 so it is possible you are starting the approach.
I would see your doctor as they may be able to offer specific advice as to what you should do now. Also ask them to test your thyroid, iron and vitamin D levels as low levels of these can all cause similar symptoms and it is a good idea to rule them out as well.
