Hair loss is common during the menopause; you may find a combination of a hair supplement (ask your local health shop for a recommendation) and a magnesium supplement, at least 200mg daily, helpful.
Check your diet too, and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy vegtables.
Also make sure you are getting enough good quality proteins - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
Itchy skin is often caused by lowering oestrogen levels. However, stress, dehydration and constipation can be contributory factors so again do look at your diet, and lifestyle.
Make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water every day - tea, coffee, fizzy drinks don't count!
Some women find taking a couple of cups of nettle tea a day can help too. You may find applying Neem Cream helps to soothe the itch.
Acupuncture is known to help balance the hormones in the menopause so would be worth looking into.
