Dizziness is actually very common and most women will experience this at some point in and after the menopause.
However, this can be caused by other factors such as low iron or low thyroid so it is best to see your doctor as well.
Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating well and not having big gaps between meals as low blood sugar levels can be a contributory factor.
As can dehydration, so drink plenty of plain water every day - tea, coffee, juices and fizzy drinks don't count!
