Hair loss is very common in the menopause; you may find a hair supplement such as Hair Complex helpful.
Check your diet too, and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy vegtables.
Also make sure you are getting enough good quality proteins - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
The menopause itself often stresses the liver and the liver does contribute to hair growth, so doing a gentle liver cleanse at some point may be a good idea too.
You could try the herb Milk Thistle for a couple of months as this is traditionally used to help support liver function.
