Having a hysterectomy where your ovaries are left in normally triggers the menopause around about the same age as you would have had it naturally.
So it is possible that you are approaching the menopause now, you are in the average age range of 45-55.
Your doctor may be able to test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
Fatigue is very common at this time; you may find a gentle iron tonic helpful, and just make sure that you are getting plenty of rest and relaxation - easier said than done, I know, but this is really important for helping the body to re-adjust at this time.
