I'm having sleeping problems at the moment and also have anxiety. I'm on hrt patches and feel ok on them it just I'm having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I'm constantly waking up feeling like I'm wearing a head band on my head. I feel like I'm lacking something. I don't know whether I'm lacking serotonin or is this menopause feelings.
