I recently noticed that I'm having hot flushes and my right leg from hip to toes felt pin and needles, this lasted abourt 3 days. Are those symptoms related to menopause?

Some women do experience nerve pain or pins and needles and hot flushes are very common, you are in the average age range of starting the approach to the menopause so it is possible you are on your way!

However, nerve pain can have other causes independent of the menopause so it is best to get this checked by your doctor as well. In the meantime you may find sage tablets helpful for the flushes.
