Missing periods are usually one of the first signs of approaching the menopause and you are in the average age range of 45-55.
Most women do go through the menopause with little or no symptoms so are one of the lucky ones!
Looking after yourself well is the key, just make sure that you have a fresh, varied diet, drink plenty of water, exercise sensibly, and have as little stress as possible!
A good female multi-vitamin may also be a good idea to help support your body generally at this time.
