This can occur and is often due to what is called adrenal stress, falling hormones can affect the body's stress system which in turn can trigger a 'nervous tummy'. You may find taking a magnesium citrate supplement with your evening meal helpful and Relaxation Essence may help as well. Check your diet too, caffeine drinks such as coffee, tea, fizzy drinks taken late afternoon and in the evening can also be a contributory factor so best avoided. Dehydration can be a factor too so do make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water every day. Daily relaxation can be beneficial so try to make that a priority as well.
