Menopausal women often find that they are increasingly anxious and nervy, despite not having anything particular to be anxious about, so yes, it may well be the case that the menopause has something to do with it.
However, going through cancer treatment is hardly a picnic so it wouldn't be surprising if you were a little on edge generally for a while, until you've had time to recover from the experience. Give yourself plenty of time, We often see people expecting to feel better within a few weeks or months, whereas it can take a year or so for the body to mend completely and everything to calm down. Be nice to yourself!
The supplement I'd suggest to help you is magnesium. Try a liquid one, e.g. Salus Haus liquid magnesium, as it absorbs well and isn't a huge dose. It calms the nervous system and also helps the body to heal. It's not a problem to take with or after cancer treatment either.
