Unfortunately, many women find that certain foods or drinks can have this effect during the menopause.
However, check what else you are eating with the meat as it might be that instead eg, do you have lots of salt with this, or different veg such as potatoes, or even gravy? Is it fresh, low fat meat or fatty processed meat?
Maybe try the meat on its own for one meal and see what happens - you may need to do a little detective work!
