Nausea is a common symptom in the menopause and can often be caused by fluctuating oestrogen so you may find Menopause Support helpful. This is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen.
However, nausea can be caused by low blood sugars or dehydration so do make sure that you are eating a good diet, with healthy snacks between meals and drink plenty of plain water as well as your other drinks.
Nausea with indigestion may be caused by other factors so it would be a good idea to get this checked out by your doctor as well just in case it is unrelated to the menopause.
