These are all symptoms of low oestrogen levels, and it is not unheard of for women as young as you to start going into the menopause. Blood tests are helpful but don't always pinpoint exactly what is going on. For example, I have known women be told that they are menopausal and no longer ovulating, and then going on to restore their cycle and have children through a healthier lifestyle - so tests can only tell you a certain amount!
