Joint pain is a very common symptom at this age, but may not necessarily associated with the menopause so do get it checked out by your doctor as well.
In the meantime, you may find Devils Claw and Arnica Gel helpful.
Check your diet too, as caffeine, high salt and sugar foods, and processed foods, can all irritate the joints further.
