Poor sleep is a common symptom in the menopause.
Falling hormones can disrupt our sleep patterns making it more difficult to fall and stay asleep.
You could try Dormeasan as this is traditionally used to help promote a good night's sleep and usually starts working quickly.
I would also suggest a magnesium supplement as well, at least 200mg and taken with your evening meal. Low oestrogen can also affect mood making us more emotional and stressed.
