With going through the menopause, I am suffering with terrible fatigue, I have no energy whatsoever I am a runner, having been running for over 30 years now & I just have no energy at all, when I come home from work I just want to sit down & even go to bed as my body feels so so tired & heavy. My hot sweats have calmed down as I had them constantly for 6 months, but it's just this fatigue, I can't cope with it. Is there a supplement that you could advise me to take so I can feel more like myself again?
