Hair loss is common during the menopause; you may find a hair supplement such as Hair Complex helpful.
Check your diet too, and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy vegtables. Also make sure you are getting enough good quality proteins - your body may need more of these during the menopause!
The menopause itself often stresses the liver, and the liver does contribute to hair growth so doing a gentle liver cleanse at some point may be a good idea too. You could try Milk Thistle Complex for a couple of months as this is traditionally used to help support liver function.
Low iron, low thyroid and low vitamin can also cause hair loss, so it would be a good idea to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
