When your ovaries are left you tend to have the menopause at roughly the same time you would have done had you not had the operation and the average age is 45-55 so it is possible.
However, menopause-like symptoms can also be caused stress, by low iron, low thyroid and low vitamin D so it is best to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out and they may also be able to test your hormone levels as well and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
