Menopausal headaches often indicate low levels of magnesium so you may find taking a daily supplement of approximately 200mg twice a day with food helpful.
Dehydration can also be a big contributory factor so do make sure that you are drinking at least 1.5 litres a day, as well as your normal drinks but just be aware that tea, coffee, fizzy drinks may be a contributory factor as well!
