You may find sage tincture helpful for the flushes, however, the menopause can make already existing health issues worse so do make sure that your thyroid is checked regularly and is not contributing to the problem.
Hot flushes can also be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress, dehydration, and low blood sugar levels.
Check your diet too, and make sure that you are eating little and often and drinking plenty of plain water. Coffee, high salt and sugar foods, and fizzy drinks can make symptoms worse, so they are best avoided!
Acupuncture can be really effective for this so it is worth looking into as well.
