This is quite common in the menopause; you find something helps for a while, then suddenly it doesn't anymore!
There can be several reasons for this. Your hormones don't always fall gracefully, and can sometimes have a very sudden dip. This would make your symptoms worse or even bring on new ones until your body has had the chance to rebalance itself.
Sometimes it can be to do with things such as stress, or lifestyle changes. So have a look back at when your symptoms changed and see what was going on in your life; did you get stressed, or have an illness? Very often this will give you a clue!
Although we cannot recommend 2 tablets a day, you could try the sage tincture. This can be taken 3-4 times a day, and can often give more cover than the tablets.
I would also suggest a magnesium tonic such as Floradix as this can help to give your system a boost, and may also help to reduce your symptoms especially if stress is involved.
