I am having an interim cycle in between my normal menstrual cycle. This has happened three times. I am unmarried, but having a sexual relationship, and sometimes I use the pill. I'm not able to understand the cause.

You are very young to be starting the approach to the menopause (which can cause these symptoms) although it does happen in a few rare cases.

I would suggest that you get this checked out by your doctor as there could be a number of causes such as stress, low iron or low thyroid.
