I have had irregular periods for some time, but now for the past 7 months they have become regular again. This month there has been spotting between periods, should i see a doctor?

43 is still a little young to be starting the menopause although it  can happen especially if another close female relative started early.

Your symptoms could bedue to other factors such as stress, low iron or low thyroid  so it is best toget this checked by your doctor. They may also be able to  test your hormone  levels and that would give you a good idea as to what is happening.
