We usually suggest that if your symptoms are reasonably manageable or can be helped with supplements, herbs etc then HRT shouldn't be needed.
This can be better for you in the long run as you would then avoid possible withdrawal symptoms when you finally stop taking it.
However, if your symptoms are affecting your daily life and natural remedies are not helping you then it is best to discuss taking it with your doctor to see if it would be appropriate for you.
