background

I am 43 years old and, for the last two years, my periods have been coming sooner, and lasting for just over a week. I have also been waking through the night because I am too hot. My nails are always breaking, and I never get any length to them. Recently the skin on my lower legs has been dry and itchy as well. Could this be the start of going through the change?
