These are all common symptoms on the approach to the menopause and you are in the average age range, 45-55 so it is possible.
You may find a phyto-oestrogen supplement such as fermented soya, red clover or black cohosh helpful for this as falling oestrogen is often responsible for these symptoms.
I would also suggest a magnesium supplement for the palpitations and Devils Claw for the joints.
Breast tenderness is often helped with a kelp supplement and remember to drink plenty of plain water as dehydration can make symptoms worse.
Although dizziness is common too it can be caused by other factors so it is important that you get a check up from your doctor as well.
