Sage tablets are often used to help with flushes and sweats, and if sleep is an issue then a magnesium supplement taken in the evening may help as well.
Fatigue is also a common symptom but if it has gone on for a while then it is best to get it checked out by the doctor as there could be other causes such as low iron or low thyroid.
