I am 54 years old and I am just starting to get some of the symptoms of the menopause. I have had a small sweat that wakes me up in the morning, but not through the day or night. The thing that bothers me most is that I have taken to crying and I don't know why.I just feel down! I have uterine fibroids which my consultant wanted to remove along with my uterus. Not wanting to have a hysterectomy, I changed my diet. I am really fit anyway, as I am a dance teacher. I did manage to shrink them back by 2cm. I would really like advice on a supplement that I can take to make me happy again, without having a negative affect on my fibroids.
