It sounds as if you are about due another period. This often happens in the first year or so of the menopause - they stop and then a lonely period comes along to startle you.
You may just have the one, or a couple, and then go back to no periods again.
Sometimes the symptoms of a period come along without the actual bleed - the body can't summon up sufficient hormones to trigger a bleed, but it still rumbles in preparation!
Don't worry, this is completely normal.
