Magnesium can often be really helpful as low levels can have quite an effect on mood.
Just make sure that you are taking the best kind as some magnesium supplements are not particularly effective. Look for either magnesium citrate, magnesium skin spray or a liquid magnesium such as Floradix, you need a reasonably high dose of tablet such as 200mg twice a day.
