Your symptoms are very common and unfortunately at this stage any stress or fatigue can make things worse! I would suggest a good multivit with extra magnesium, preferably as a liquid so that it absorbs well. I can see that you will have a busy life with 3 teenagers but do try to have some 'me-time' every day - 30 minutes relaxation can work wonders on menopausal symptoms! Do watch your diet and try to avoid caffeine, high salt and sugar foods and processed foods and remember to drink plenty of plain water daily. All of this will be good for your bones too.
