Hair loss is common during the menopause. You may find a combination of a hair supplement, such as Hair Complex, and a magnesium supplement, at least 200mg daily helpful.
Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy vegtables.
Also make sure you are getting enough good quality proteins - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
