Are you using more than one pillow? Driving long distances with the seat set back and the steering wheel at full reach? Working at a screen set below eye level?
These are all causes of neck pain. I have great results, usually overnight, if I remember to apply (I'm not perfect) our Atrogel at bedtime, upon waking and in the afternoon.
I've also made changes to the positional strains as mentioned and can drive 4-5 hours without pain now. Well worth a try even if the changes feel a bit funny at first.
