Pain often involves inflammation, the same as happens when you have an infection, so you may feel achy and feverish at times.
Pain is also quite depressing if experienced over a sustained period, especially if it causes disturbed sleep.
Please consider you sleep quality before anything else as poor sleep will also increase your chances of coughs and colds and decrease you tolerance of pain.
We have a not so nice tasting but wonderful sleep remedy called Dormeasan®. Re-establishing a good sleeping pattern can take several weeks but it improves sleep quality from the first night. Please consider giving Dormeasan® a try, as a good nights sleep can greatly improve physical discomfort.
Best wishes
