Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?

Find out how flexible you areSorry to hear about this problem. I would recommend applying some Atrogel Arnica gel to the area as, due to its anti-inflammatory properties, this can bring quick relief from aches and pains. It can also help to ease any stiffness that may develop as a result of your injury.
Other than that, you may find it helpful to apply a warm compress to the area every so often as this is quite an effective way of reducing pain. It's also important to keep the neck moving just as normal as otherwise stiffness and pain are likely to increase.
If your symptoms don't improve after trying these things then it may be worth just getting the issue checked over by your doctor but I do suspect the remedies above will be helpful in this instance.
