Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areI am sorry to hear that you have injured a disc in your back. I would suggest using Atrogel instead of the gel that you are sensitive to. You could also take Devil's Claw internally, alongside the paracetamol, to give a better effect. It is also important to get some rest and to stick to gentle movements while your back heals. Alternating between hot and cold treatments could also help – such as a heat pad or ice pack. If the problem persists, you could also consult a cranial osteopath, who would be able to offer support in the healing process.
