Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areI was wondering what might have changed in the period before the onset of this fatigue.
Here are a few common things to consider:
1) You've had some kind of upset in the 3 months preceding the onset of symptoms. A severe shock can affect sleep quality and leave people glued to the bed in the morning.
2) Cholesterol-lowering statin medications are notorious for the side effects of fatigue, brain fog and muscular aches and pains. Consider trying some supplemental CoQ10 alongside, as is standard practice in Japan.
3) Other medications such as beta blockers or calcium channel blockers are associated with fatigue as a side effect.
4) Did you pick up an illness that you've not completely fought off?
Please let me know if any of these ring a bell and I can expand on the subject.
If none are applicable, please ask the doctor for a general blood test.
Best wishes
Earle
