Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areHi there, thank you for your email in response to my recent blog. If you are looking for healthy drinks, you have plenty of options. You could try making your own smoothie, for example, using a variety of your favourite fruit and vegetables. A homemade smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals and they contain less sugar than pre-packaged options. We have lots of smoothie recipes on our website so you could take a look at these for inspiration.
Other than this, fresh fruit juice can be a good option but stick to one glass per day as these too can have a lot of sugar.
Water is undoubtedly the best drink of all, though, as it has a positive impact on various aspects of our health, including digestion and skin. If you find it boring, or aren't keen on the taste, add in some freshly cut fruit like lemon and oranges, plus some herbs like mint. You could even try some low sugar diluting juice to add a bit more flavour.
