Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areThis may be to do with a build-up of uric acid, which can be associated with weaker circulation and dehydration. It can also be liked to hot weather, or may worsen in hot weather. Other factors that may contribute include drinking a lot of fizzy juice (especially diet fizzy drinks) and caffeine.
So, my advice would be:
- Cut down your intake of caffeine and fizzy drinks
- Drink more plain water
- Try nettle tea regularly (or a nettle tea tincture) to help reduce uric acid
- Drink Golden Rod tea
- Move as much as possible with gentle activities like yoga and cycling.
