      Hello Maryann As the article notes, there are more than 100 forms of rheumatism, so it’s worth learning which one is affecting you.     I HAVE HAD THYSIO AND I AM ABOUT TO GO INTO HOSPITAL FOR A STEROID INJECTION IN MY LEFT FOOT BY THE BRIDGE ON THURSDAY I DO NOT THINK IT IS THE FOOD I AM EATING

      That’s a perfectly valid thought Michael. Some are more sensitive to dietary factors than others. Hope the steroid provides you with the relief you need.
