      Hello John At the top right of this page is a box entitled Rheumatism Articles. Click on diet and lifestyle for some basic guidelines and on Foods that make Muscle and Joint Pain Worse for more detailed listings. Bear in mind that these are general do's and dont's as there are 200 types of Rheumatism.

Just click on the link found on this page: Discover which foods you should eat fewer of This page takes you to information on foods to avoid such as processed foods, citrus fruits, dairy, meat, eggs, sugar and salt etc. and also what the good alternatives are. Although everyone will recognise there own individual food triggers.
