Your skin could be appearing dull recently for a number of reasons; perhaps your sleep patterns or diet habits have changed over the past few weeks? Getting an adequate amount of sleep is extremely important when it comes to keep your skin looking nourished and healthy, and so is getting the right balance of nutrients, such as vitamin A, vitamin C or zinc.
It could even be that a skincare product you’re using is disagreeing with your skin or that you’ve not been applying enough moisturiser.
