I can’t sleep because of pain all over my body. I lost my husband 10 years ago and I can’t stop thinking about him. I haven’t slept a full night in all that time. I have arthritis, gout cervical spondilytis and sciatica.

I am sorry that you can't sleep. 

I am not surprised though, as with lots of physical pain it can be difficult to relax.
