The best thing to try, as long as you are not on prescribed sleeping medication, is Dormeasan, our natural sleep aid.
It works very well and very quickly in most cases, and has been shown to increase time spent in deep stages of sleep. You just take 30 drops half an hour before bed.
It is also important to follow good sleep 'hygiene': avoid stimulants such as caffeine, sugar and alcohol as much as possible but especially in the afternoon and evening. Avoid late, rich meals in the evening as well. And turn off all screens such as computers and smartphones at least an hour before bed.
I hope that this helps,
Marianna
