Also, it is worth making sure your diet is sleep friendly - avoid caffeine, especially after midday, and other stimulants like sugar. It is also advisable to eat dinner as early as possible, and keep the meal light. Heavy, rich, fatty or food that is hard to digest can easily keep you awake.
