I have recently bought some Dormeasan. I am currently waking up at about 3.30 every morning and not getting back to sleep. I don't usually have any problems getting to sleep when I go to bed. Please - should I take the drops before going to bed or when I wake at 3.30, or both? Any help you can offer will be much appreciated. Thank you.
