The menopause can put tremendous strain on the body and this can often make you a bit run down or fatigued.
This can then allow symptoms such as mouth ulcers to appear. Your body's nutritionally needs also go sky high and low vitamin Bs and/or zinc can also be a contributory factor for mouth ulcers.
I would suggest taking zinc and B vitamin supplements and you may also find magnesium helpful as well.
General stress can be an issue too so check your stress levels and make sure that you are getting plenty of rest and relaxation!
