How to keep your exercise plan going after lockdown

During lockdown, the nation saw a boost in interest in all things exercise-related. With nowhere to go, searches for online workouts were up and bikes became a hot commodity. For both our physical and mental health, exercise became increasingly important as life as we knew it changed. According to Public Health England, however, this interest in exercise hasn't been sustained since restrictions eased.
