These are all common symptoms in the menopause and you are in the average age range, 45-55, so it is possible.
However; low iron, low thyroid, or low vitamin D can appear at this age and all can cause similar symptoms so it is best to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
They may also be able to test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
