I am having an interim cycle in between my normal menustral cycle. In the past 6 months, this has happened 3 times. I am unmarried, but it makes having sexual relationships difficult. Sometimes I used the I-pill. I am 35 years old. I don't understand the cause of these periods.

You are very young to be starting the approach to the menopause (which can cause these symptoms), although it does happen in a few rare cases.

I would suggest that you get this checked out by your doctor as there could be a number of causes such as stress, low iron, or low thyroid
