I have had a chesty cough for one week. My chest feels tied and I am having trouble breathing. I am also coughing up mucus. What can I do for it?

The symptoms of chest tightness and breathlessness should be investigated further as these are also signs of asthma – so you should really make an appointment to see your doctor, if you have not already done so.

If asthma is excluded, then I would suggest that you start off on Bronchoforce drops.

This remedy for chesty coughs contains the herbs Ivy and thyme and works by breaking up mucus, making it easier for you to cough up phlegm.
